These guidelines are designed to provide clarity and peace of mind, allowing you to relax and fully immerse yourself in the magic of Tulum.
GET TO KNOW OUR RESERVATION & STAY POLICIES
Deposit Policy: A deposit of the total amount of the reservation will be collected upfront (100%).
Cancellation Policy: No cancellation is allowed under any circumstances or emergency.
Change to Reservation: No change to the length of stay, Check-In, and Check-Out dates or guests are allowed.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be processed under any circumstances or emergency.
Check-In and No-Show: All guests must produce a valid passport or government photo ID upon Check-In. A reservation becomes a No-Show if you do not arrive at the hotel to claim the reservation with us before 9am (local time), on the day after the Check-In date. In the event of a No-Show, 100% of the total stay amount will be applied to your credit card, and no refunds will be processed under any circumstances or emergency.
Minimum Age: Please note that our hotel is designed for adults and does not accommodate children; the minimum age required for guests is 12 years old.
Continental Breakfast: Daily continental breakfast includes pastries, seasonal fruit, coffee, and juice is included with your stay.
Cash-Free / Credit Cards: We are a cash-free hotel; we accept all major credit cards and do not accept checks.
Travel Insurance: We recommend you purchase travel insurance for any non-refundable portions of your trip (cancellation penalties, flights, trip interruption, or delay), and post-departure coverage (e.g., medical and evacuation expenses). Please note that most domestic health insurance policies do not provide coverage in foreign countries, but Travelex does.

Payment Verification Policy: To ensure the security of your transaction, you must present the physical credit card used to pay for the reservation at check-in. If the original card is unavailable, you will need to provide a new card for payment, and the previous charge will be canceled. Additionally, a valid ID matching the credit card details is required. Our staff will also request the verified cardholder to sign a registration card that includes a payment authorization with this information. We recommend reviewing this policy before your arrival to avoid any inconvenience.

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation if canceled before 17:00 hrs (local time), 10 days before check-in.
